Everywhere Except Where He Is Needed’ – Libero Criticizes Ibrahimovic

Amidst the current media frenzy surrounding AC Milan’s turbulent period and uncertain future, Libero has delivered a scathing critique of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s role at the club. The newspaper, through Radio Rossonera, highlights Milan’s delicate situation with fans eagerly anticipating the decision on the next coach, and targets Ibrahimovic for his perceived lack of engagement and clarity.

Despite the former Swedish striker needing time to settle and gain experience in his post-playing career, his silence and the uncertainty it brings have raised eyebrows. On Sunday, Ibrahimovic posted a cryptic photo on Instagram showing himself on the bench with the caption ‘4-3-3’. Libero slammed this move, arguing that it only fueled speculation without providing any concrete information.

The paper criticized Ibrahimovic for his absence and questioned his influence in the coaching decision process: “Zlatan Ibrahimovic has not yet said a word since he became Milan manager,” the article begins, adding, “Ibra comes out with bullsh*t content. Furthermore, as usual, self-congratulatory. He could have done without it. He had to do without it.”

Libero continues, “Others try to solve the puzzle, knowing that Zlatan has always communicated this way on social media. And then they think: does he post himself on the bench because he doesn’t agree with the choice of coach? Doesn’t Ibra decide the coach? Who does he choose? Who’s in charge at Milan? He wrote 4-3-3 but Fonseca uses 4-2-3-1, so who will be the new coach? He should also consider the possible discomfort of others. He is there for the club, not for himself.”

The article concludes by echoing the frustrations of many AC Milan fans: “Many AC Milan fans rightly go crazy: they see Ibrahimovic everywhere except where he is needed, that is, in front of a microphone talking about AC Milan.”
